Our goal is to make software and hardware systems as accessible as possible. For this reason all of the software programs and how-to guides on the website are provided at no cost. Because of this it is difficult for us to provide technical support for any of these systems. There are just too many permutations that can cause errors and it typically takes hours, days or weeks for us to find out what these are at long distance.
