Calculate average force increase over 50, 100 and 200 milliseconds from a time–force trace, with an explicit onset time and downloadable results.
Paste a time–force trace, mark contraction onset and compare average force increase over the first 50, 100 and 200 milliseconds.
Average RFD = [force at onset + window − force at onset] ÷ window duration. The calculator linearly interpolates the two boundary forces, preserves input units and applies no filtering or automatic onset detection. Choose onset from the recorded trace using your study protocol. Results depend on onset, sample rate, filtering and pretension; this implementation is not an equivalence-validated replacement for the retired server.
