Evidence source and scope

Wellmon R, Degano A, Rubertone JA, Campbell S, Russo KA. Interrater and intrarater reliability and minimal detectable change of the Wisconsin Gait Scale when used to examine videotaped gait in individuals post-stroke. Archives of physiotherapy. 2015;5:11. DOI 10.1186/s40945-015-0011-z

This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke gait — gait

Methods and Table 2 confirm six stroke videos, 14 raters, three-week repeat scoring, ICCs 0.83/0.91 and source-reported MDC 95 4.24. The stated formula with SEM 1.47 yields 4.0746, revealing an internal source arithmetic discrepancy.

Source locator: audit evidence record E010–022,E028–030; Table2

Limitations: The stated formula 1.96 × √2 × SEM with SEM 1.47 produces 4.075 rather than the published 4.24. Re-scoring one recording omits new-capture and biological variability.
