The OARSI core set of performance-based measures for knee osteoarthritis is reliable but not valid and responsive.
This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Knee osteoarthritis
- access: published_pdf_text_via_web
Knee osteoarthritis — gait
- current access: published_pdf_text_via_web
- verification depth: pdf_text
Repository PDF text confirms the sample, 30-minute retest, walking ICC 0.93, SEM 0.10 m/s, SDC 0.27 m/s and postoperative responsiveness result. Visual table review was blocked by download/screenshot failure.
Source locator: Repository PDF Methods; Table2; Table4
Limitations: Source-group appraisal. A supported source group does not turn every generic clinical recommendation into a validated decision rule.
Total knee arthroplasty
- access status: public_primary_body_read
85 preoperative OA candidates; n 30 retest after 30 minutes. Chair ICC.90, SEM.85, SDC2.4 (discussion 2.5), means 9.0→9.8;42% construct and 50% responsiveness hypotheses confirmed. Primary table text verified; visual PDF table rendering unavailable.
Source locator: Published PDF via TU Eindhoven repository; Methods p 2901 and Table 2 p 2903
Limitations: Body extraction may omit images, equations or supplements. Metadata publication year may represent online-first date, not issue year. Article access does not prove every table/figure/supplement was examined. Use the claim ledger and explicit source locators; do not count this inventory as a complete assertion-level audit.

Current knee-OA sit-to-stand audit addition
Access: published pdf text visual not recovered.
Published repository text confirms the 43-cm chair, 85 participants, 30-person 30-minute retest, ICC 0.90, SEM 0.85, Table 2 SDC95 2.4 and means 9.0 and 9.8. Validity and responsiveness hypothesis proportions are 42% and 50%. The discussion gives 2.5 without establishing rounding as the explanation. The reported 82.4% follow-up of 85 implies 70; Figure 1 could not be visually inspected.
Limit: As explicitly stated in access and assessment. Body availability is not a blanket verification of every cell.
