Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

315 prospective THA patients; delayed independence >3 days. TUG>10.5 s and 10 m time>10 s predict delayed recovery; performance model AUC .85 versus conventional .81.

Limitations: Implications mistakenly says speed>1 m/s although Results implies slower than 1 m/s. Gait P319 already captures this source discrepancy. No usable body obtained through checked lawful routes; not proof that no lawful copy exists.
