Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke

Figure1 shows hyperacute0–24h, acute1–7d, early subacute7d–3mo, late subacute3–6mo, chronic>6mo. Timeline text describes a research convention informed by current biology, acknowledges behavioral changes years later and says the framework should change with new knowledge. It recommends recording actual stroke-onset and assessment/intervention timing. These support the report’s qualified phase convention.

Source locator: Original p446, Timeline of stroke recovery and Figure1

Limitations: Consensus research terminology, not a patient-specific biological cutoff. No change to historical source-access certification.
