This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
980 of 1552 cases from March 2015–September 2019; 33 predictors; 80/20 development/test split, 1000 development splitting seeds and ensemble K=100. Best test R² .776 motor and .758 total discharge FIM; gains lower. Table 1 age 13–98 confirms non-adult inclusion. Missing data, acute transfers and variable discharge horizon exclusions/limits match report. Grip SHAP importance is within a complete model and not isolated incremental prognosis.
Source locator: Data acquisition; Dataset processing; Table 1; Table 2; Discussion limitations
Limitations: Source code and supplementary heatmaps were not rerun; this verifies published design and model results, not independent reproducibility or calibration.
