Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

612 unilateral THAs; at least 24 week follow-up; metric n 582–605. Weekly metrics against 6 week preop average; recovery is loss of significant inferiority under p<.002, not equivalence. Asymmetry valid-day availability lower. Authors acknowledge algorithm not validated in THA and aids/clothing may impede capture.

Source locator: Methods; Results Figures 2–5 and Table 1; Discussion Limitations

Limitations: Report correctly avoids individual recovery deadline and cites missing-data/algorithm boundaries. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
