Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

60 sequentially allocated patients: 21 lateral, 19 posterior, 20 anterior; age <70 and BMI <34. Surgeon/approach confounding and head-size change confirmed. Supine leg-press/abduction 1 RM increments 10/2.5 kg. Source explicitly contradicts itself on simultaneous bilateral versus individual leg press. Three-month deficits 18%/15%; no significant between-approach differences then.

Limitations: Original figure images not measured; numerical claims are present in Results. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
