Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

25 THA/25 TKA; within-session knee flexor/extensor 30°/60°; chair-fixed versus Cybex. Dependability .98–1.00 intertrial/.92–.99 interevaluator. Mean 3 trials at 60°after familiarization recommended.

Limitations: Abstract itself has confusing correlation-order wording and SEM>2 Nm wording. Report correctly avoids precise universal SEM/MDC or interchangeability. No usable body obtained through checked lawful routes; not proof that no lawful copy exists.
