Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

48 women, unilateral OA/asymptomatic contralateral hip; posterolateral THA; full weight bearing day 14. Mean three 3-second HHD efforts; supine hip extension hip 30°/knee 50°. TUG45-cm armless chair, self-selected pace .13.5 s category borrowed from older-adult falls. Strength cutoffs .56 Nm/kg knee at 3 weeks,.24 abduction at 4 months. Stepwise models and impossible reported CI bounds support caution.

Source locator: Materials and Methods 2.1–2.4; Results 3.2

Limitations: Source calls Nm/kg percentage of body weight; report correctly retains torque normalization rather than that phrase. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
