This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
100 first-ischaemic-stroke participants, basic grip, time since stroke 6–204 months; five-minute repeats. Tables explicitly define SEM as standard error of mean. Grip SD 13.04/√100=1.304 matches printed 1.30. Discussion reinterprets this as measurement SEM and calculates MDC 95 as 1.96×1.30=2.55, omitting paired-measurement factor and using the wrong SEM. Table 6 reports right/left limits, not paretic/nonparetic groups.
Source locator: Participants; Hand grip measurement; Table 1; Tables 2–5 footnotes; Table 6; Discussion MDC paragraph
Limitations: No participant-level raw data available; the discrepancy is directly evident in published table labels, SD/SEM arithmetic and discussion.
