Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
102 enrolled and 84 analysed after 18 losses; 32 fallers over six monthly telephone follow-ups. First ischaemic stroke, age 40–79; Methods inclusion requires FAC 3–5 and five-minute standing, but exclusion wording says six-minute standing and Results excludes FAC 0–1. SOT has six conditions, three 20-second repetitions each. Cutoff 60: sensitivity 71.9%, specificity 65.4%, AUC .686. Any-positive SOT/BBS/FES-I combination gives sensitivity 96.9%, specificity 46.2%, AUC .715. Thresholds were selected in this cohort.
