Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

313 surgical patients, 65 assessed, 44 final female responders(14%). Posterolateral THA; discharge gait at 13.8±3.6 days; pressure walkway, four natural walks; two-year FJS-12. Stepwise/ROC development in selected sample.

Source locator: Methods 2.1–2.5; Results Tables 3–6

Limitations: Report is right about temporal association but source calls design retrospective; retain that explicit label if adding study-design detail. FJS is joint awareness, not falls/participation. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
