Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

317 of 336; 11 preoperative nonwalkers and 8 perioperative complications excluded. HHD belt, best 2, force%BW. Walk central 10 m of 16 m course, usual then maximum, aids allowed. Recovery 50 m without human help, aids permitted; day 5 maximum-speed AUC .70. Mean hospital stay 13.5 days. Retrospective Cox models temporally ordered; tertiles not externally validated cutoffs.

Source locator: Methods Study population, Preoperative assessment and Statistics; Results Tables 1–2/Figs 1–4

Limitations: Exclusion of future complications restricts preoperative prediction target. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
