Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

158 primary unilateral THA; preop and 1/2/3/6/12 months; pressure platform bilateral loading in quiet stance and STS. Quiet loading recovered 1 month; STS loading increased overyear and remained lower than quiet-stance loading.

Limitations: Report prudently avoids borrowed numeric loading thresholds and individual MDC/MIC. No usable body obtained through checked lawful routes; not proof that no lawful copy exists.
