This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

The original confirms 137 complete cases, 89/48 outcomes, 4–14 weeks, within 7 admissiondays, at least 3 comfortablepasses;AIC forward selection and added support parameters;AUC 0.995→0.998, LRp 0.009, DeLongp 0.262, correctedAUC 0.994/0.996, andBrier 0.029/0.016. Table 3 confirms nonsignificant unpenalized support coefficients and the double-support sign reversal.

Limitations: Main Methods specify 1000 bootstrap resamples and out-of-bag predictions but do not establish that all screening and selection were repeated inside each resample. Figure 1 explicitly describes calibration in the analysis cohort. Supplements and code were not separately appraised. The report’s cautious interpretation and baseline-FAC comparator criticism are supported.
