This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
135 baseline participants and 93 longitudinal participants after 42 exclusions. Baseline multivariable clustering defined mild/moderate groups. Greatest BBS improvement occurred by three months; 51/93 had greater impairment at one year than at three months. Age and cognition were associated with trajectory. Random-forest target was BBS below 45 at any measured time, not actual falls; five-fold tuning described.
Source locator: Methods cluster analysis, longitudinal beta regression and random forest; Results Tables 1–2
Limitations: The outcome definition includes any time point, including baseline. These classifications should not be called prospective observed-fall predictions.
