These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
55 studies, 6865 reported participants, 23 standards; 26 meta-analysis studies. English/Japanese eligible, search 24 December 2025; bivariate random-effects pooling for ≥2 studies. All Table 3 pooled point estimates, confidence intervals and study counts in BALANCE-0021/0022/0028–0034 match. QUADAS prespecified-threshold question removed; 48 high risk overall, 45 selection and 39 flow/timing. Five full contingency tables plus six partial counts; post hoc subgroups. Table 3 footnote confirms selected overlapping Maeda/Makizako and three independent Ichinosawa samples. Results excludes Miyata 2020, yet Table 3 includes it; Table 2 includes Miyata 2016 falls, Table 3 does not. Table 1 reverses Louie outcome AUCs versus its original. Main text reports recurrent/any-fall subgroup AUC .843/.672.

Limitations: Meta-analysis not independently rerun; full person-level cohort overlap not reconstructed. Separate supplementary datasets/plots were not part of the recovered original PDF. Current source access is not historical-process certification.
