75 adults within one month after home discharge; six-month SF 36/SIPSO; isokinetic bilateral hip/knee/ankle torque and power. Stepwise models combine paretic total torque with 6 MWT for physical Qo L (adjusted R² .30) and TUG for physical reintegration (.47); mental/social .06/.09.
