This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke

42 intra-rater/12 inter-rater; two 3-second same-day efforts, practice and sensor replacement; excludes no-movement patients in reliability. ICC and six MDC numbers are transcribed correctly. However Equation 1 specifies MDC 95=1.96×SDd and Table 4 prints ankle dorsiflexion difference SD 0.10 N/kg with MDC 95 0.15. Printed SD implies about 0.196, and ordinary rounding cannot reconcile this. Table 3 headings are reversed; abstract inter-rater minimum .886 omits the .874 hip-abduction value in Results/Table 3.

Source locator: Methods Equation 1; Table 4 ankle dorsiflexion row; Table 3; limitations

Limitations: No raw data; correction clarifies the report’s existing generic warning about tabulated values. The recalculation is an audit check, not a replacement patient threshold.
