Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke

48 inpatients, with functional groups 15 independent, 17 standby assistance and 16 requiring physical assistance. Different raters reassessed within 24 hours; nine raters contributed overall. ICC (2,1) .92. Table 4 SEM 2.49, MDC 90 5.8, MDC 95 6.9. Subgroup MDC 95 values 6.3, 6.0 and 8.1. Only 25/45 agreed with therapist judgment using MDC 90, and 23/45 using MDC 95. Distinguishing detectable from important change is appropriate.

Source locator: Methods, Results; Tables 3–4, pages 32–35

Limitations: Publisher text extraction has a flattened mathematical symbol in its formula; numerical MDC values are confirmed in Table 4, not inferred from the flattened expression.
