55 THA/48 controls; 24–36 months; lateral approach; age≤65; unaided standing .62 Hz platform, barefoot self-selected stance, traced feet, arms alongside, randomized 30 s EO/EC, visual target 2 m, up to 3 attempts after balance loss. EC path 52.36 vs 40.32 cm; EO ML velocity and EC AP/ML/path differences; area nonsignificant. Cross-sectional time-since-surgery association is not within-person recovery.
