Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke

180 first ischaemic-stroke rehabilitation patients. SAEHAN seated, bilateral 3 attempts, best, admission/discharge. Sex-stratified FIM regression variance about 13–19%; baseline FIM/severity/cognition not demonstrated as incremental comparator; dominance missing. Normative references classify weakness rather than validated stroke prognosis.

Source locator: Methods 2.2–2.3; Results regression; Limitations

Limitations: Original published source inspected; no individual-level data reanalysis. Source Section 3.4 male BI equation prints −Age despite its accompanying regression coefficient−0.339; report does not reproduce this equation, but it is an additional reason not to implement source equations verbatim.
