Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Stroke

50 participants with chronic stroke and 27 controls; first 27 stroke participants underwent reliability testing. Median time after stroke was nine years. Table 2 gives intrarater ICC .972 (95% CI .939–.987) and interrater .974 (.904–.990), with MDC two points. Hip-strength item kappa .304 and paretic reactive-stepping intrarater kappa .348. Stroke versus control cutoff below 18 had AUC .942; outdoor walking-aid use cutoff below 14 had AUC .810. These are classification analyses, not prospective falls prediction.

Source locator: Methods; Tables 1–3; ROC analysis

Limitations: Reliability values follow Table 2. Abstract and discussion labels/coefficients are not entirely consistent; do not silently pool them.
