Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

20 OA patients, posterolateral THA; Real SenseD435/Kinetisense. Test 1 month preop/1 year postop; 20 s eyes-open single-leg, no external support, best 2. Sway decreases reported. No simultaneous reference or reliability/MDC/MIC experiment. Inconsistent OA/healthy control description and ROM-difference narrative versus tables confirmed.

Source locator: Materials and methods; Results Tables 1–3

Limitations: Do not treat vendor-derived sway as validated CoP or force; report correctly preserves uncertainty. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
