Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

321 patients, 56 men; retrospective; preop/3 week tests predicting 1 year UCLA category. Retained 5 factors age≤70.5, UCLA≥3.5, abduction≥.54 Nm/kg, knee extension≥1.04 Nm/kg, 3 week 10 MWT≤8.49 s. STS was candidate, not retained factor. Four/five factors correspond to reported 85.4%/94.7%development probabilities.

Limitations: No full model/protocol or external calibration verified; report appropriately avoids presenting personalized probabilities. No usable body obtained through checked lawful routes; not proof that no lawful copy exists.
