This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

Scoped audit evidence
These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Stroke
289 analysed; 86 discharge MBI ≥75. Median 27 days from onset to rehabilitation and 49-day rehabilitation stay. Motor CART branches use sit-to-stand MAS and BBS, reported accuracy 92.4%. Cognitive branches include length of stay. Methods explicitly describes five-fold cross-validation to calculate adjusted accuracy. No independent external cohort was tested.
Source locator: Methods Statistical analysis; Results Table I, Table II, Model I/II; Limitations
Limitations: Displayed 92.4% is not explicitly labelled as resubstitution versus cross-validated output; preserve that reporting ambiguity. Cross-validation is an internal validation method, despite the article’s inconsistent limitation wording.
