Validity of a Single Inertial Measurement Unit to Measure Hip Range of Motion During Gait in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty
This note indexes a cited or audit-added source. It may be an original study, review, guideline, form or methods reference. Treat the specific design and the evidence below as authoritative; a source note is not automatically a primary study.

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.
Total hip arthroplasty
- current access class: original_body_or_pdf_available
- source version note: Version and incomplete-table limitations preserved in evidence notes.
18 preop, 12 three-month, 8 one-year THA and 7 controls. One sensor per thigh; walking speed input came from optical reference. Grouping example is participant-side, so both-side patient isolation unclear. Distribution thirds define classes. MLR MAE4.2±.5°, LoA−13.4 to 13.4°(width 26.8).
Source locator: Methods 2.1, 2.2, 2.6; Results 3.1–3.2; Appendix TableA2
Limitations: MLR best by LoA; RF has lower MAE3.2 but wider LoA. Report should say best-agreement MLR if claiming best across all metrics. No independently standalone single-sensor workflow proven. Substantive original material obtained; this is not proof of original report author access or every table/supplement being inspected.
