Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

116 women, 30 first-year fallers(25.9%); retrospective primary THA. CT muscle density estimates fatty infiltration. Only density/proxy significant adjusted OR .93(CI .88–.99, p=.029); hip-abductor strength not retained as significant.

Limitations: Direction must remain attached to muscle density; full methods/ascertainment unavailable. No usable body obtained through checked lawful routes; not proof that no lawful copy exists.
