Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Total hip arthroplasty

Initially 63(30 THA/33 TKA), 54 clinical and 50 platform completers; primary unilateral OA; after 5-week home therapy, clinic within 3–6 days. Two 10 s eyes-open trials for quiet stance/anterior/posterior lean, walker released; mean 2. Pooled procedures to meet power target. BBS moderate correlation, confidence/WOMAC weaker.
