Scoped audit evidence

These are source- and component-level audit summaries as of 3 October 2026. Access and comparison scope can differ by report; none certifies every result or the underlying raw data.

Parkinson’s disease — gait

Gait report P32-34, P59-61, P93: cohort 171;66 fallers;6-month endpoint;refitted AUC .83 (.76-.89); slow-speed OR 2.38(1.07-5.31); category observed risks 9/28/66%; source Paul categories 8/43,36/73,76/89 total120/205 versus original abstract125; refit distinct from original-category validation Source locator: s4 METHODS section 2/2.1; s5 RESULTS; s8 TABLE Tables 1-2 Limit: Source table has OCR artifacts in coefficient intervals; report ORs verified separately. Original Paul event-count discrepancy cannot resolve from this paper alone. No claim of externally calibrated fixed risk equation.

Limitations: Only scoped comparisons, not whole-paper certification.

Parkinson’s disease — transfer

External validation n=171, 66 future fallers over six months; three-variable rule AUC .83 (.76–.89). Predictors are fall history, freezing and gait speed, with no STS term.

Limitations: Only the enumerated transfer-relevant components were adjudicated. Source availability does not imply every statement, supplement, figure or raw datum was checked.
