TKA-C02 · report quantity error
Classification and audit outcome: report quantity error; supported.
Finding
Kline 2019 explicitly identifies Biodex time-and-torque data at 100 Hz. Its Gait Analysis section identifies ground-reaction force at 1200 Hz. Generic 'force' could misdescribe the gait measurement.
Current amendment or qualification
Dynamometer torque was acquired at 100 Hz; gait ground-reaction forces were sampled separately at 1200 Hz.
Integration note: Replace with torque 100 Hz and separate force 1200 Hz.

Original audit locator(s): P0144; P0285
Audit corrections describe the report only where that classification is explicit. A disagreement within a study, missing protocol, statistical query, access upgrade or optional addition is not silently converted into a report error or a new clinical threshold.
