TKA-C01 · source table prose conflict
Classification and audit outcome: source table prose conflict; supported with version caveat.
Finding
Chan 2015 Table 4 lists full BESTest ceiling 0.0% at 12 weeks and 2.2% at 24 weeks; Mini 2.2%/4.4%; Brief 8.7%/8.9%. The report copied the narrower source-prose range. BBS 52.2%/57.8% remains correct.
Current amendment or qualification
0%–8.9% across the BESTest versions at 12 and 24 weeks (Table 4); the article narrative states 2.2%–8.9%, but the full BESTest had 0% at the maximum at 12 weeks.
Integration note: Use 0–8.9 with explicit accepted-table versus source-prose distinction.
Remaining limitation: Final published table not independently compared.
Evidence and provenance
Accepted manuscript Table 4, printed page 35 (PDF index 34); narrative printed pages17–18

Audit corrections describe the report only where that classification is explicit. A disagreement within a study, missing protocol, statistical query, access upgrade or optional addition is not silently converted into a report error or a new clinical threshold.
