THA-C02 · report agreement overstatement
Classification and audit outcome: report agreement overstatement; supported.
Finding
Walking correlations were high, but figures show nonzero biases and dispersed agreement limits. Figure units require reconciliation. Blanket very close agreement is insufficiently supported.
Current amendment or qualification
Same-trial supervised comparisons showed high correlations. Chair-rise counts agreed exactly in the observed sample. Walking measurements showed systematic offsets and nonzero limits of agreement in Figures 5–7; their plotted units and clinical tolerances require clarification before claiming interchangeability.
Integration note: Qualify walking agreement by output; do not infer clinical interchangeability from correlations.
Remaining limitation: Plotted walking units remain unresolved; no conversions performed.

Audit corrections describe the report only where that classification is explicit. A disagreement within a study, missing protocol, statistical query, access upgrade or optional addition is not silently converted into a report error or a new clinical threshold.
